To reserve your date:

2. Complete the form below to reserve your date.

Within a few hours of completing the form, you should receive two emails:

  1. Your booking contract. Please read the contract carefully and pay particular attention to the paragraphs with check boxes (x). Sign electronically at the end of the document where indicated.

  2. Your initial booking estimate. Let us know if you want any changes to the initial estimate. Remember, you can upgrade your venue package but not downgrade after booking.

Important things to note:

  • You can change your guest numbers and catering options any time up to 3 weeks before your wedding. If your final guest numbers are under 40, a kitchen fee will be applied to your invoice. (Ask for details).

  • The getting-ready spaces are available to you for the full duration of your booking.

  • Your guests can leave their cars overnight in our allocated parking spaces and collect them the following day.

  • The Milton Ridge chapel is available after 12 p.m. on Sundays.

  • If you’re planning an outside ceremony but are concerned about the weather, you can move your ceremony inside with just 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rehearsals are booked up to 4 weeks before your ceremony. Rehearsal bookings are for 1 hour (please arrive on time - Late arrival does not result in a later end time). Rehearsals typically take place during the week (Monday - Thursday). We cannot guarantee that a wedding rehearsal will take place the day before a wedding booking. We do not allow other couples to have their wedding rehearsal during your booking.

  • Receptions are 4 hours - cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Drinks and DJ bookings are based on a 4-hour reception. You can extend your reception in hourly increments. If you extend the duration of your reception, you will also need to extend your DJ booking and add time to your beverage package, even if it is just non-alcoholic beverages for the last hour.

  • Dates are not reserved until a payment has been received. We do not offer refunds for payments made. Do not book Milton Ridge if you do not want to proceed with your booking.

  • We do not allow tours of Milton Ridge more than 2 hours 45 minutes before the planned start of your ceremony.

  • Smoking is permitted outside and in designated areas.

  • Sadly, in Montgomery County, fireworks and sparklers are not permitted.

  • We do not allow the use of glitter, birdseed, or confetti.

  • Final guest numbers, menu selections, and linen choices payments must be received within 14 days of the booking. Failure to pay in full within 14 days of the event will cancel your booking, and no refunds will be given.

  • We offer tastings for events over 45 guests for our Standard, Deluxe, Premium, BBQ, and Indian Menus. Tastings are not available for our Taco, Fajita, or Brunch menus. Tastings are not available for Micro Weddings.

  • We do not allow outside catering at Milton Ridge. Our in-house caterer must provide All food and drink except wedding cake and desserts.

  • There are no catering minimums at Milton Ridge. If you have less than 40 guests, a small kitchen fee will be added to your invoice. (Ask or see your booking contract for more details.)

  • Images from our photographers are usually delivered by digital download within 4-6 weeks. You can download, print, or share your images for any non-commercial use without restriction.

  • For winter weddings, please read our weather policy carefully. For all bookings, please read the booking contract carefully and pay particular attention to our cancellation policy.
